Carol Neal is a certified life coach, author, publisher and business owner. She was with Equifax for 25 years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and award-winning Corporate Trainer.  She started her own company, Let Your Light Shine, in 2004, which incorporates several direct sales companies, and in 2015 she and her business partner Tracee Randall formed Atlanta Business Spotlight, which has produced multiple events and collaborations including three book series. In 2016 she was named Atlanta Business Woman of the Year by Women On Fire. 

Carol has been networking for over 15 years and became a Joy of Connecting Leader in 2010.  She currently co-leads the Xperience Connections Alpharetta/Milton location with Amanda Johnson.  In March 2016 Atlanta Business Spotlight acquired Xperience Connections and Carol became its CEO.

She is passionate about connecting women and providing resources and inspiration for women to succeed.

Not only is Tracee the Co-Owner/CMO (that's Chief Motivational Officer) of Xperience Connections, she is a sought after speaker, addressing women’s groups across the country about overcoming food addiction and self-esteem issues, and has several published works in women’s magazines. Although she is an author in the best-selling book series, “The Change—Insights Into Empowerment”, she has released her first book, “The FASTest Way to God’s Favor and Blessing" in 2015. She and her business partner, Carol Neal have published several book collaboratives which empower women to get published and support each other. As a professional speaker, she entertains and inspires audiences with her interactive style. She leaves her audiences changed and challenged. Most importantly her workshops and seminars produce results! Many of her clients are reaching new levels, increasing profits, and building stronger, larger and more diverse teams after attending her programs. She and her husband began flipping houses in the Atlanta area in early 2017, and successfully evolved into an incredibly successful home staging business- Your Finishing Touches- working with investors, real estate agents and home owners to list their properties. She is a woman of faith and when she's not empowering women you'll find her having a blast with her 7 grandchildren!!
