I am Christine Powers, owner of Power’s Estate Sales, LLC, a family-owned business. For many years, my husband and I operated an incentive and motivation company serving Fortune 500 clients, where I managed operations and discovered my strength in handling large, complex projects.
In 2020, I launched Power’s Estate Sales, LLC. My love of treasure hunting with my mom, helping her downsize in her 90s, and preparing for her estate sale led me to this work. Having personally experienced the emotions of this life transition, I bring compassion and empathy to every client we serve.
At Power’s Estate Sales, we specialize in liquidating the contents of a home with care — rehoming timeless treasures and creating seamless transitions for the families we serve.
I also enjoy networking and supporting women in business, which is why I’m proud to be part of Xperience Connections. I’d love to see you at one of our meetings soon!

I’m Susan Weaver Guthrie, originally from Dade City, Florida. I graduated from the University of Georgia in 1981 with a degree in Horticulture and began my career teaching high school horticulture in Clayton County for eight years. My love for flowers and design led me to own Pointe South Flowers & Gifts in Fayetteville, Georgia, for a decade.
In 1983, I married my college sweetheart, Gary, and together we’ve been blessed with two amazing children, Branyon and Sarah, and three beautiful grandchildren. I am living my best life while traveling, boating, line dancing, arranging flowers, and giving back through community volunteering.
My journey into the health and wellness industry began over 25 years ago, inspired by our son’s diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome and ADD at age 9. While traditional medications just made him very sleepy, I discovered natural solutions that improved his quality of life. That life-changing experience sparked my passion for sharing prevention-based wellness through nutrition, alkaline water, exercise, and an active lifestyle.
