Sophia Gethers, MA, CMLC, CAMS, MBE, is a visionary counselor, certified master life coach, author, and dynamic speaker based in Fayetteville, Georgia. With a master’s in professional counseling from Liberty University, she empowers individuals to overcome anxiety, depression, and life challenges through compassionate, evidence-based strategies.

She is the founder and CEO of Freedom Zone Life Coaching, LLC, and the president of P.E.T.A.L.S. Women’s Empowerment, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping women with mentorship, tools, and community support.
